Ten months ago I gave birth!

Ryan is ten months old today! It's kind of crazy to think about. It seems so long ago, but just like yesterday. I actually had a very strange dream last night. In my dream I was thinking about how I have been trying to get back up to a healthy weight, but for whatever reason it's been hard for me. I've been eating a ton, trying to eat healthy foods and taking my vitamins. In my dream I woke up and looked in the mirror and my stomach was bigger. I thought "Oh, good, I'm starting to gain some weight." Then I looked again and it seemed pretty big and I thought, "Boy I better start watching what I eat because I'm getting pretty big." And then I look at the mirror again and my stomach is huge and I think, "Am I pregnant again?!" I don't really know what this means, but it's pretty disturbing.

Our Weekend

Another great weekend comes to an end. This weekend was cool. The weather was good for Zach's friend's party. They chased each other around with water guns, played in a kiddy pool and on the new swingset. They had a blast. The rest of the weekend we spent doing things around that house. Jay got a ton of stuff done and he was a huge help on some of my projects as well. One of our biggest projects this weekend was to make the basement into a room. It actually feels like a real room now. We moved the guest bed down there, so our guests would have more privacy and not have to sleep in the room with the changing table and all the other baby accessories. It's also nice because Ryan can sleep in his own crib, that just makes things easier for everyone. It feels good to have accomplished something after the weekend. Usually we just hang out with people or go places and that's fun, but the satisfaction of having done things somehow outweighs that for right now. Well, the weekend is over and the week begins. This is an exciting day though, TJ's plane gets in tonight:) It should be fun to see him for a while.

How about now?

I gave the text more contrast and moved around some colors. I tried to stay with the same colors the site had originally because I knew they would match and because the codes are somewhere on the template and I just have to find them and move them. So, what do you think now? I had the post text as purple, but it seemed a little too bright. What do you think of this light blue?

New look

I've been working on this new look for a while today. What do you think? I've tweaked it a bit to fit my preferences better. I'm still tweaking, so comments on what you like and don't like might be helpful:) I hope you like the new look.
