Here is a short clip of Ryan's first steps. Small file - only 300k, so it should be quick for modem folks (<1 min). Let us know of any problems.

To view this clip without it skipping, right-click the link, (in Internet Explorer), choose "Save Target As", and pick a place on your computer to save the file. That will make it so that you download the whole file first, rather than having it skip as you try to watch it before it fully downloads. Then you can play it from your computer, and it should play smoothly.

That's so adorable! It worked fine the first time... but after it had already loaded once, the video part of it skipped and froze while the audio kept playing. It was sort of cool though, Ryan was doing this little dance with his left foot. ;)
